Your manatee tour arrival time at 6:15 AM or 9:15 AM includes the additional time necessary to change into your wetsuit and prepare for your swim with the manatees tour. It is necessary that you arrive on time, as we cannot deviate from our scheduled tour times. Don't miss the boat ... please allow extra driving time to ensure prompt arrival.
It's necessary that you wear your bathing suit underneath your clothing while on your trip to our facility. This makes for an easy and quick transition into your wetsuit once you arrive. Be sure to bring your towels, and any additional clothing that you may want to change into after your swim. A sweatshirt, or jacket is a good idea during the colder months to warm you up after your swim. You are welcome to bring a "carry on" bag with you, onto the boat, to keep your towels, cameras, and any other clothing and belongings that you may wish to bring with you on your manatee tour. Our first manatee tour of the day departs early to beat the crowds and to provide you with the best manatee encounters possible. Our company holds permits that have been issued by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service authorizing us to conduct our manatee swim tours within the boundaries of the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge. Your 3 Hour swim with manatees adventure begins at our full service manatee tour center, located in 
Our USCG licensed Captains, and "in water" Guides, will welcome you aboard one of our Coast Guard inspected manatee tour boats that have been designed to provide you with comfort for all seasons. You will enter the 72 degree year round spring fed waters of the beautiful Crystal River where you will swim with, and see, the friendly and curious "Gentle Giants" up close and personal. Our "in water" tour guides will photograph the highlights of your entire manatee swim tour from start to finish, both above and below the water.
Upon returning to our manatee tour center, a high-resolution picture CD containing images from your manatee tour will be available for you to purchase if desired. We invite you to browse through our gift shop where you will find unique manatee souvenirs, manatee t-shirts, educational materials, manatee jewelry, 
WHAT TO BRING
When shopping around for a Crystal River swim with the manatee's tour, be sure to ask the right questions so there are no surprises upon arrival. We offer both friendly and professional service. Our facility is clean, and offers you indoor climate controlled changing rooms and waiting areas for when you arrive early. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, donuts, and pastries are complimentary and available to you when you arrive at the center as well as available to you onboard all of our boats. Our manatee tour boats are covered to protect you from the sun, and they are enclosed in glass side curtains during the winter months to keep you warmer. We have a changing area and toilet on all boats, provided for your comfort and convenience. Our guides are in the water with you to assist, and to take pictures of you and your guests while you are swimming with the manatees.
